APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE

All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment via either our patient portal or a phone call to our office during normal business hours.

Only cancellations/reschedules through our patient portal or a phone call to 302-500-4220 during normal business hours will be honored.
